To design functional, beautiful everything. To reinvent myself each and every project. To continue learning, growing, and challenging myself.
I’m an award-winning creative director with expertise in both digital and print design. My expertise started in 2004 as assistant art director for Boise State University Recreation. I managed and worked on a wide range of projects — from poster and brochure design to Web design. After graduating in 2006 with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in graphic design from Boise State University, I joined the marketing department of Pringle Development in Central Florida. While there, I was responsible for the creative of all marketing materials — both print and Web. Through my creative efforts, Pringle Development saw tremendous growth and development during 2006.
In 2008, I continued my design career with That! Company. As creative director, I oversee the creative approach and design direction for all projects. Responsible for the design and usability of all creative work, I lead the development of all branding and creative marketing initiatives. This includes Web, print, and social media.
I’m interested in conceptual ideas that explore new ways of using design to build stronger brands. Ideas are gathered, explored, sketched, illustrated, rejected, re-illustrated, and ultimately refined into unique pieces that occupy our physical world as well as the Web. My work is rooted in exploring notions of color, space, symmetry, uniqueness, typography, usability, and vision.
